CREATORS Program – Oriented Forms of Consciousness

The transition to market relations, the priority of product quality issues and ensuring its competitiveness have increased the importance of a creative approach to work and high professionalism in management.

This encourages us to look for new forms of management, develop the potential abilities of personnel, improve their qualification level, and provide high motivation for the labor process.

Human resource management is one of the most important activities of any company and is considered the main criterion for its economic success.

Today it is becoming more and more obvious that the most important life task of every conscious person is constant self-improvement, development of their personal and professional qualities.

The current socio-economic situation requires everyone to make constant efforts in the struggle for self-improvement, the continuity of their professional growth.

In the context of growing social tension, the importance for each person of the ability to manage oneself, use one's creative abilities, which today have become the most valuable capital, has sharply increased.

An important component of personality development in a competitive environment is a person's awareness of himself as a subject of activity, as a result of which a person's ideas about himself are formed into a mental "image-I".

Awareness also implies the actualization of the principle of the "life world", as a kind of module of possession, combining the needs of the individual, his values, motives and aspirations, as well as, most importantly, the system of freedoms in managing one's needs and related to them. satisfaction, life processes and tasks. In other words, the level of competitiveness of a person is related to the assumptions that he makes regarding the prospects for solving his life tasks. All other criteria of individual competitiveness are adjusted to these assumptions: qualifications (as a necessity and possibility of its acquisition and further improvement), professional competence, behavioral characteristics, life orientation in terms of determining the goals of personal and professional growth, career. Ultimately, we are talking about such a complex and multi-level phenomenon as the self-consciousness of the individual..

In its structure, self-consciousness is a unity of three components: the process of self-knowledge; emotional self-esteem; self-regulation process based on the results of self-knowledge and self-assessment.

These components of self-consciousness are somehow present in each of his acts. Moreover, the first of them - self-knowledge - acts as the starting point, the basis of self-consciousness, the product of which is one or another knowledge of the individual about himself. It is on this basis that the emotional and value attitude of the individual towards himself is formed, i.e. there is a second component of self-consciousness - self-esteem. It, in turn, launches the mechanism of self-regulation, the effective-volitional sphere, for example, the mechanism of professional self-improvement, professional development.

Self-awareness acquires particular importance during times of crisis, as well as at the stage of introducing new production methods that involve increasing loads, restructuring the work schedule, more intensive information exchange and more energy spent on solving more tasks per unit of working time. Since at the first stage these loads can become excessive and cause corresponding psycho-emotional states, a person needs to flexibly review his priorities and assess the possibilities of his further professional self-identification in terms of internal resources and potentialities.

In this regard, the importance of correct self-knowledge of one's abilities, objective self-assessment, and the ability to use various self-regulation techniques increases dramatically.

In turn, these tools are directly related to the functional states of a person, reflecting his physiological, existential and emotional spheres, and with the internal capabilities of the individual to evaluate and manage these states. We are talking about the activity, well-being and mood of the individual, formed in the process of solving her life tasks, including tasks directly related to her professional activities.

Consciousness, due to its reflective nature, is a highly integrated system of regulation of mental processes, thanks to which a person not only perceives and emotionally reacts to the world around him, but also registers all this in a special way..In other words, he not only experiences, but is also aware of what he is experiencing and endows the experience with meaning.

The domestic scientist L.S. Vygotsky. Being engaged in the study of higher mental functions, the relationship of affect and intellect, he outlined the problem of semantic regulation of activity. L.S. Vygotsky introduces the concept of a semantic field, denoting by it the actual situation of his behavior perceived by a person. A person's comprehension of the situation in the process of activity leads to a restructuring of the semantic field and situational actions. A two-way process of transforming the dynamics of the actual situation into the dynamics of thought, and vice versa, into a stable dynamic system of real action is revealed. At the same time, in any intellectual movement there is an emotional attitude to reality corresponding to it, i.e. the process of comprehension contains an emotional component - experience.

In the proposed A.O. Prokhorov's model of the semantic regulation of mental states, lies the position that the semantic organization of the personality's consciousness ensures the selectivity of the impacts of life situations on mental states. The situation is, as it were, “scanned” by semantic structures, it defines significant elements that make sense for the individual. Mental states are a reflection of this determination. "The semantic structures of the personality interact with the image of the situation through attitude, and with the mental state - through experience." Experience, according to F.E. Vasilyuk, acts as an activity that occurs when critical situations appear, which can be solved only by the processes of experience, and not by objective or cognitive activity. The essence of experience is manifested in a "special kind of work" to change the psychological world of the subject and the production of meaning. Experience-activity, in addition, actively modifies the psychological situation, restoring the semantic correspondence of being and consciousness.

Integrative psychology gives an understanding of the psyche as a complex, open, multi-level, self-organizing system that has the ability to maintain itself in a state of dynamic balance and produce new models of reality and new forms of organizing life processes and solving life problems..

This concept contributed to the creation at the intersection of psychophysiology, neurophysiology, linguistics and anthropology of a special software product "CREATORS", which allows you to positively change and regulate human states on an individual basis, as well as direct his energy, create motivation and orient his life processes and useful activities .

This program has an anthropocentric orientation and provides for the features of informational influence on the emotional sphere, reflection, activity, behavioral adaptation, physiological parameters, as well as human activity aimed at satisfying his biological, material and social needs.

The task of the program is to continuously orient the psychoenergetic and functional resources of its user to the events taking place with him in the process of solving life problems and shaping future reality. This continuous orientation is carried out in the context of the social and individual (personal) being of a person - the user. The program is based on the historically established basic units of cultural information, symbols, patterns of action, transmitted through texts and images, transformed into forms of individual "artifact-oriented consciousness".

In its methodology, the Tvoriteli program proceeds from the principle that every day a person solves a certain set of tasks with one or another efficiency, which consists of three areas:

  • The area of life processes and tasks related to internal development and intelligence.
  • The area of life processes and tasks related to the maintenance of health, functionality and development of the body.
  • The area of life processes related to practical tasks, human relationships, material values, wealth, professional interests and achievements.

These three areas of life tasks determine the problems of a person's life and directly depend on the combination of his internal psychological and functional states: activity, well-being, mood..

The positive dynamics of these three internal states ensures the dynamic balance of the psyche in the realization of the creative potential of human consciousness, which allows a person to model his future reality, find new forms of organizing life processes, new ways of development and solve life problems.

In turn, the degree of tension of a person in these states is an obstacle to successful development and solving life problems. For example, fatigue associated with poor health gives rise to a bad mood and unwillingness to do anything.

Being in such a stressful state, a person cannot make an optimal decision and achieve the desired result, experiences failure and further aggravates the dynamic imbalance of his psyche and his health.

Thus, the oriented process of constructive combination of states with areas of life tasks leads a person to his "self-actualization" and "autonomy" (E. Fromm, D. Riesman) of his life processes. This is the path that leads to the level of constructive integration of mind, body and emotions.

In contrast to the existing methods of self-regulation and improvement of the psychological state, the Tvoriteli program addresses the issue of regulating not only psychological, but also functional states. Moreover, it is solved by the certainty of value-semantic and motivational-semantic factors that form the user's semantic apparatus for performing tasks.

These representations orient the user to a real assessment of the conditions and factors of task completion and build self-adjustment reactions of the user's states according to the feedback principle: symbolic correction of the semantic factors of task completion increases the prospects of their implementation. And the prospect of their implementation leads the user to optimize the states.

For example, a person sees a difficult task in front of him, which he nevertheless needs to complete. He constantly puts off her decision, lacking sufficient confidence, motivational incentive and resources.

This reduces his self-esteem, gives rise to even greater uncertainty, dissatisfaction, apathy and a whole range of other stressful conditions..

If, using the methodology and symbolic tools of the Tvoriteli program, you make a directed impact on his semantic apparatus and create confidence, a motivational stimulus and an appropriate emotional field, then he will find and rationally use the necessary resources with the greatest efficiency.

The issue of state regulation, self-awareness and self-actualization is also directly related to the process of internal dialogue.

Decision-making and situation modeling is an internal process that, with the help of a person's concentration of attention on himself, his consciousness, his own activity and rethinking his priorities, passes into an internal dialogue.

This is justified by the formation of thought in the process of formulating, that is, the division of a holistic idea or image into its constituent elements and parts.

A person makes an internal dialogue, solving any problem: it will work, it will not work; to undertake it or to postpone; do it all at once or in parts; expend energy and resources or save; look for opportunities or wait for favorable circumstances. As you can see, basically, the theses of a probable internal dialogue lead us to a dilemma: act or wait. Suppose, in many cases, when acting, a person becomes the subject of the action, and while waiting - the object of the influence of external causes and circumstances.

The result of this dialogue ultimately determines the quality of a person's life, and the answers to the questions of this internal dialogue reflect the state of readiness or, conversely, unwillingness to solve a problem and get a result. It becomes obvious that the answers to the questions of this internal dialogue add up depending on the activity; human well-being and mood. That is, from three states regulated in the program.

The focused purposefulness of the Tvoriteli program translates the user's internal dialogue into a constructive system.

The solution of a professional or production problem is translated into a symbolic system that is positively oriented towards the future. The construction of reality occurs through a search of alternatives, where there is always a positive component.

At the same time, the negative component is not discarded, but “re-signed” into a positive one.

Improvement and self-adjustment of well-being gives a person the strength to solve it..And the rise of his activity builds a person's life position, gives self-confidence and allows you to fully realize your intellect and skills, mobilize internal and external resources for
problem solving, as well as set your mind on professional self-actualization, necessary and sufficient for high individual competitiveness.

In the program "Tvoriteli" this method was called: "dominant oriented purposefulness".

Through the "dominant of oriented purposefulness", the "Tvoriteli" program helps the user to constantly raise the bar of their vital interests and needs, expand their horizons and repertoire of their capabilities, set new goals and successfully achieve them.

Therefore, one of the goals of the Tvoriteli program is to create semantic factors for a person that contribute to the optimal use of internal and external resources in the effective and timely solution of professional problems and improve psychological and functional states against the background of their alignment with the positive prospects of these solutions.

The practical goal of the "Tvoriteli" program is to daily generate and direct human energy towards the constructive construction of individual reality, professional self-actualization, the realization of one's professional potential, the growth of individual competitiveness and the maintenance of a functional state of health to perform life and production tasks .

The use of the Tvoriteli program as a tool for user interaction with its internal resources and the outside world allows solving this problem efficiently and continuously, and is also a technology that is essential for harmonizing the human mental sphere in the difficult and unstable conditions of the social life of modern society.
