The agreement specifies the place where the agreement is placed (name, individual number and shoulder number of the superior Partner) and the sponsor (name and individual number). Without these data, the Agreement cannot be executed.
Each Partner of the Company has the opportunity to conclude an unlimited number of personal Agreements in the MP, i.е. he can have several business places, the very first of which will be the main one for him. At the same time, "sellers" can draw up Agreements in their own name, developing their own structure, indicating themselves as a superior Partner and as a sponsor.
The cost of the agreement is 18800 rubles (Moscow price, in the regions extra charges are made for organizational and storage costs for maintaining the warehouse);
Products for the contract are issued in the equivalent of 12 shares.

Main bonus
Bonuses are accrued in stages in accordance with closed cycles between 2 adjacent shoulders to close the 1st cycle, then the selection mechanism operates (information in clause 2.6).
The partner can develop his structure up to 6 arms wide at the same time. However, bonuses will be credited and paid out only after the gradual closing of the 1st cycles, first between the 1st and 2nd leverage, then between the 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th and 5th and 6th shoulders..
The stages for which bonuses are awarded form cycles, and they close when a certain level of turnover is reached in an equal ratio of both leverages.
To close the cycle, a minimum turnover of 44:44 is required, i.е. at least 44 Agreements in the 1st arm and at least 44 Agreements in the 2nd arm.
When a cycle is closed, if there are more than 44 Agreements in one or both arms, a new cycle starts from a new settlement week with an initial balance of 0:0.
The prerequisite for receiving bonuses is to have one Personally Invited (PI) in each shoulder.
After the closing of the 1st cycle, in order to accrue bonuses in the 2nd cycle, you must have 2 more new LPs.
After the closing of the 2nd cycle, in order to accrue bonuses in the 3rd cycle, you must have 1 more new LP.
The accrued bonuses for the 1st cycle become active only if there are 2 LPs in different arms, in the 2nd cycle - 2 LPs, in the 3rd cycle - 1 LP.
To receive all bonuses for closing cycles between all shoulders, you need to make at least 5 LPs. The partner can do them immediately in the 1st cycle. The number of drugs is not limited.
In one week, the Partner can close no more than 1 cycle between adjacent shoulders.
CYCLE BETWEEN 1st AND 2nd SHOULDERS
The Partner of the Company develops the main structure in 2 arms (arms 1 and 2), while accumulatively closing the stages, receives the following bonuses:
Total for closing the cycle between the 1st and 2nd shoulders, the Partner receives a total of 1700 c.u. (102,000 rubles)
IMPORTANT: 1st stage (4:4) - 100 c.u. is paid only in the 1st cycle, after its closure, starting from the 2nd cycle, regardless of the arms in which the turnover is created, the accrual and payment of bonuses is made immediately for the 1st and 2nd stages (11:11) in total , i.e.

CYCLE BETWEEN 2nd AND 3rd SHOULDERS
The turnover of the 2nd leg is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when the cycle between the 2nd and 3rd legs is closed.

THE TURNOVER IN THE 2nd ARM IS COUNTERED TWICE - TO CLOSE THE CYCLE BETWEEN 1st AND 2nd ARMS AND BETWEEN 2ND AND 3rd ARMS.
When closing a cycle between the 2nd and 3rd leverage, for which a bonus of 2600 c.u. was credited, all subsequent cycles between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd 2600 c.u.
Developing 3 arms at the same time, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd arms, i.e. in one week, a bonus can be accrued for 2 closed cycles between adjacent shoulders, upon reaching a minimum of 44 Agreements in each shoulder. CYCLE BETWEEN 3RD AND 4TH SHOULDERS
The turnover of the 3rd leg is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when the cycle between the 3rd and 4th legs is closed.
I.e. with a turnover in the 4th arm in 4 Agreements, a bonus of 100 USD is charged, because the shoulder ratio is fulfilled (4:4). And also further all stages are closed.

THE TURNOVER IN THE 5TH SHOULDER IS CALCULATED TWICE - TO CLOSE THE CYCLE BETWEEN THE 4TH AND 5TH SHOULDERS AND BETWEEN THE 5TH AND 6TH SHOULDERS.
In one week, the Partner can close no more than one cycle between adjacent shoulders. Developing 6 arms, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th, 5th and 6th arms, i.e. e. in one week the Partner can close 5 cycles between adjacent shoulders.
When a cycle is closed between the 5th and 6th leverage, for which a bonus of 5300 USD is charged, all subsequent cycles between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3 -m and 4th, 4th and 5th, as well as between the 5th and 6th shoulders, will be 5300 c.u. for each cycle.
In total, after the closing of the cycle between the 5th and 6th levers in the previous reporting period (a week), the amount of bonuses with the simultaneous closing of the cycles between all the levers will be 26,500 USD..
A PARTNER MAY START DEVELOPING ALL 6 SHOULDERS AT THE SAME TIME, CONSIDERING THAT:
- Bonuses for a closed cycle between the 2nd and 3rd arms are activated only after the 1st cycle between the 1st and 2nd arms is closed
- Bonuses for a closed cycle between the 3rd and 4th arms are activated only after the 1st cycle between the 2nd and 3rd arms is closed
- Bonuses for the closed cycle between the 4th and 5th levers are activated only after the closing of the 1st cycle between the 3rd and 4th levers

BONUSES FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT CYCLES ARE ACCRUED REGARDLESS OF INCREASING ORDER OF PAIRS OF NEARBY SHOULDERS.
THUS, THE TURNOVER OF THE 2ND, 3rd, 4TH AND 5TH SHOULDERS BE COUNTERDUE IN THE CALCULATION OF BONUSES.
SELECT MECHANISM
The selection mechanism is active from the 2nd cycle after the closing of the first cycles between all the arms where the turnover is created.
This mechanism allows you to accrue bonuses, if at least two out of six leverages develop - there is a new turnover. To close the cycle, the turnover of DIFFERENT SHOULDERS will be taken, closest to the right and left, starting from the 1st shoulder.
If there is a turnover equal to 44 or more than 44 AT THE SAME TIME, in more than two different arms, the cycle between the nearest arms will close, starting from the 1st arm.
A cycle closed by the selection mechanism increases the number of closed cycles between two adjacent arms (1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, etc.) that have reached the highest turnover.
FOR CLOSURE OF THIS CYCLE, THE PARTNER IS AWARDED A BONUS CORRESPONDING TO THE ACHIEVED (NUMBER OF CLOSED CYCLES, FROM BETWEEN THE 1st AND 2nd SHOULDERS 1700 USD TO BETWEEN THE 5TH AND 6TH SHOULDERS 5300 USD ) .

In accordance with the selection mechanism, the 2nd (P-55) and 4th arms (L-47) will participate in closing the cycle. After closing, the Agreements counter in these selected Rs and Ls will be set to 0.

For the completion of this cycle, the Partner receives a Bonus corresponding to what has been achieved. The partner in this example has already reached 3500 USD, since he has already closed the first cycles between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th shoulders..
BONUS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PERSONALLY INVITED PARTNER
