- The left hand is placed in front of the forehead, on the Chelo chakra, and the right hand is placed in the region of the first cervical vertebra..In parallel, the Ascension chakra is activated.
- We repeat position 2: the right hand is located behind the coccyx, as close as possible to the perineum, and the left hand is on the Spring (temechko) chakra.
