Shambhala is a legendary mythical country, supposedly located in Tibet or the surrounding regions. It is believed that Shambhala is the center of the world, where there is a source that gives life to everything that exists on Earth. According to legend, after the Muslim invasion of Central Asia in the 9th century, the kingdom of Shambhala became invisible to human eyes, and only the pure in heart can find their way to it. Legends say that Shambhala is a state of the soul, a connection of a person with God. Those. to find Shambhala means to achieve enlightenment.
According to various legends, there are three entrances to the mythical land. Roerich was looking for Shambhala in Tibet (it is believed that one of the entrances is located in the area of Mount Kailash) and in Altai near Mount Belukha. There is another entrance, it is located in the Mongolian Gobi Desert! In the 50s of the 19th century, D. Danzanravjaa, together with his students, founded a model of the country of Shambhala to the north of the “Hamryn Khiid” monastery. Today, this energy center is a favorite place of pilgrimage for believers, because people believe that in this sacred place their souls are cleansed, and all wishes are fulfilled. Near the energy center, to the north of the monastery, there are 108 caves, where the monks practiced meditation, secluded from worldly life for 108 days.
- The main purpose of FSC is to change the structure of aqueous solutions. It is recommended to drink several glasses of water structured on any FSC, bringing its total volume, excluding other drinks, to 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight per day.

- It is necessary to structure water with FSC AFTER boiling and/or heating.
- In order to increase the life of the device, a sudden change in temperature is not recommended.
- If a FSC has a special structuring time, then it is indicated in the description of a specific FSC. We would like to note that this structurization time is indicated for water previously poured into the container. If you want to speed up this process, then use the FSC as a stand under the container where you pour water, and then create the so-called "vortex flow" with a spoon. Then the structuring of water will take only 1-3 minutes.
